Same day repair/diagnosis is not provided.

You will be informed with the diagnosis result and quote within 3 to 5 working days.

Repairing process will takes around 3-5 working days. If the spare part is not available in stock, we will need to order from the factory. Hence, repairing process may takes longer.

When the appliance is ready for collection, you will need to collect it back within 2 weeks from notice date. Otherwise, the item will be disposed. You may inform us in advance if you have your own personal reasons. Exception may be granted (subject to approval).

You will need to perform a general clean up of your appliance before handing over to us. You may be charge a cleaning fee if your appliance is in dirty condition.

JIMMY Singapore owns the right to reject the appliance if your appliance is in dirty condition that may compromise our engineer's ability to assess, repair and/or service.
