TERMS & CONDITIONS ON WARRANTY

Warranty claim is only applicable to purchases made from our authorised resellers on Shopee and Lazada.

Warranty Service
  • In order for us to validate the warranty, you are required to register your appliance on JIMMY Official website (www.jimmy.com.sg/warranty-registration/) and enjoy warranty benefits. Kindly fill up the correct information so that we are able to trace your purchase history in our system.
  • Please return the appliance in complete unit (all transportation prepaid by you) to JIMMY official service centre. 
  • All works will be performed by official JIMMY Singapore. 
  • Any replaced defective parts will become the property of JIMMY Singapore.
  • Service/s conducted under this warranty will not extend the original registered warranty duration.
  • When the appliance is ready for collection, you will need to collect it back within 2 weeks from notice date. Otherwise, the item will be disposed. You may inform us in advance if you have your own personal reasons. Exception may be granted (subject to approval).
Warranty covers
    • All anti-dust mite vacuum cleaners have 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects.
    • All cordless stick vacuum cleaners have 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects while model:  H9 Pro and H10 Pro have 2 years warranty on manufacturing defects. 
    • All wet & dry vacuum washers have 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects while model: HW10 has 2 years warranty on manufacturing defects. 
    • Warranty is only valid for the appliances in the country where it was sold.
  • Scope of warranty includes labour and parts.
Warranty not covers
    • Careless operation or handling, misuse, abuse or lack of maintenance or not use in accordance with JIMMY user manual.
    • Appliances used in purposes other than normal domestic use, e.g. commercial or rental purposes.
    • External factors that are unrelated to product quality such as weather, accidents, electrical outages, or any act of God.
  • Repairs or alterations performed by unauthorised third parties or agents.
  • Normal wear and tear from daily use. Accessories such as filters, brushrolls, clean water tanks, body covers, charging stands or where external damage is diagnosed.
  • Reduction in battery discharge time due to battery aging or use.
  • Cleaning solutions used in wet & dry vacuums other than JIMMY Floor Cleaning Shampoo that cause damages to the appliance.
  • If the appliance was diagosed as defective due to misuse or normal wear and tear, the customer will be responsible for the cost of all material components and replacement parts, labour charges and transportation fee. (if any)
  • All transportation cost to be covered by customer. (if any)
